How do we store and protect your personal information?
We store your personal information on secured cloud servers and backups. Only the authorized administrator/s and engineers can access the server. We use web application firewall to protect the web application from malicious traffic. We use SSL certificate to encrypt the communication between a web browser and the web server. We use malware scanning to detect attacks.

Third Party Disclosure
We do not sell or transfer your personal information to unauthorized parties. Should there be a need for disclosure, we will properly notify you of the reason and get your consent before disclosure to third parties. This does not include our cloud provider and other parties who assist us in operating the business.
Data Retention
We are subject to various legal and compliance obligations, we are required by law to store some of your personal and transactional data beyond the closure of your business. We will delete the data that is no longer required by any relevant law. We use data backups to preserve your data. After deletion of your personal information, the data is not immediately deleted from our backup systems. The personal information is remained stored for up to 12 months after which the data is destroyed.
We will retain your personal information for up to 30 days after the termination of use of our product. This is in case you change your mind and you would like to continue using our product.

You likewise have the right to be notified and given an opportunity to withhold consent to the processing in case of changes to the information given to you regarding the processing of your information.

Under the law, you have the right to suspend, withdraw or order the blocking, removal or destruction of your personal data. You can exercise this right upon discovery and substantial proof of the any of the following:

Once corrected, the PIC should ensure that your access to both new and retracted information, and simultaneous receipt of the new and the retracted information by the intended recipients thereof.

Data portability allows you to manage your personal data, and to transmit your data from one personal information controller to another.
9. Transmissibility of Rights
The lawful heirs and assigns of the data subject may invoke the rights of the data subject for, which he or she is an heir or assignee at any time after the death of the data subject or when the data subject is incapacitated or incapable of exercising the rights.
